President Obama's State of the Union Address for Dummies.

Last night January 24th, 2012 for those who didn't know, marked the night where President Obama delivered
his State of the Union speech broadcasted for a hour long on almost every news channel you could flick thru. To whom that missed it, shame on you. Obama touched on some very important topics that he felt would build a better America. We at Cultured decided to bring you these points the easiest way possible, and leave all the bullshit out so with some help via CNN we bring to you Presidents' Obama State of the Union address for Dummies. When you see a "* "that's the hood explanation for all the people that don't like big words, see we ain't forget bout you.

• Implementation of a minimum tax for multinational companies, which would fund additional tax breaks for companies that create jobs in or move them to the United States. Even bigger breaks for high-tech companies, and financing help for manufacturers locating in economically hard-hit areas.

* He going to charge up anybody making bread outside the country feel me. Then when he get that bread, he gna give some of it to the homies that's puttin' people on to new jobs in America.

• The creation of a China task force to monitor trade violations. Aggressive inspections to intercept "counterfeit or unsafe goods" from foreign countries.

*He gna get a group of boys to go over China and stop them from sending over all them fake ass Jordans, Cell Phones, Gucci and Louie bags, bootlegs and all that other bullshit the chinks be selling.

• Support for partnerships between companies and community colleges to train workers for new careers, all coordinated through a single government program.

* You should be able to know what that mean. (hopefully..)

• Rewards for effective schools, coupled with encouragement to follow their own curricula and methods. State laws that require students to stay in school until graduation or age 18. Extend college tuition tax credit and double the number of work-study jobs over the next five years.

*Give bread to schools who don't be dropping out all the time like its cool and shit. Plus he gna put laws down so you youngin's gotta stay in school till you pass.

• Beefed-up border protection, combined with a law to create a path for undocumented immigrant students to become legal U.S. citizen

* Stop all the Mexicans from hoppin' the border, but the sneaky ones that don't get caught and go to school can become one of us. 

• Implementation of cost-saving reforms to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.

*Try to get that social security, and medicaid money in check.

• Reform of the tax code that includes the so-called Buffett rule, a minimum 30% tax rate for individuals whose income exceeds $1 million. No tax increases for anyone earning less than $250,000.
